How it works

Magnetic sensors function by detecting the magnetic properties of materials as they move along a conveyor belt. When material with specific magnetic property passes through the system, the sensors generate magnetic fields with different frequencies and register response from the passing material, allowing identification of its properties. The system can then trigger an air nozzle to separate these materials to the defined groups. This non-destructive process ensures that materials are efficiently separated without altering their structure or quality.

Operating principies

Magnetic properties analysis: Different frequency magnetic
fields are directed to the surface of passing particles and high
resolution sensors register intensity and pattern of induced
magnetic field from the material surface. In addition, the laser
system registers position of particles for precise ejection by
pneumatic nozzles.
