Technologically advanced CXR separation system

Our flagship CXR separation system is equipped with a number of advanced technologies to guarantee you the highest precision of the particle separation process.

The result of our work on the separation system is the extension of optical properties, using the same equipment, to frequencies other than visible light: MIR, NIR, UV and X-Ray. We used different lighting frequencies (LEDs, lasers) and selective camera filters. This ensures the interaction between the lighting and the analyzed frequency. Digital image analysis is performed by geometric parameters, shape analysis, FFT analysis, shape comparison, color comparison, structure comparison.

Chosing CXR Separation System, you are choosing Advanced Rejection Control. Our solution is characterized by a separate system based on an FPGA processor.

We have equipped the CXR separation system with an intelligent decision-making system. Thanks to this, some procedures are carried out much faster than. This acceleration is seen on three levels:

How does the CXR separation system work?

In the vibratory feeder, individual rocks are dispersed before they even fall onto the horizontal conveyor belt. Then, the material goes through two stages of analysis: X-ray and optical section. In this part of the separation process, various particle properties are analyzed and recorded. An optical camera (linear camera) and a linear X-ray analyzer are used to collect images under changing conditions.

The CRX is operated by a control system based on an industrial computer. It uses a special algorithm that works according to carefully selected separation criteria. More than 50 parameters can be used to identify a particle. You can choose from such options as color, material, size, shape, structure, diameter, perimeter, center of gravity, moment of inertia, particle orientation or aspect ratio.

The CRX system also allows you to combine individual parameters into additional combinations. Thanks to this, you can more effectively distinguish the particles of interest to you. Since each particle to be separated has a specific shape and position on the belt, it is possible to precisely use the rejection mechanism (compressed air nozzles) to separate them from the material flow.

We designed the CXR separation system to meet even the most demanding requirements. Our many years of experience in the field of creating sorting, pulverizing and separation systems has allowed us to create a solution that will work in industrial processes, especially in the mining industry.
